The hotel is in the heart of Limousin, five miles from Pompadour, a town dedicated to the horse (with a national stud and a racecourse).
L’Auberge de la Mandrie was created in 1976 by the family Millot in an ancient village school transformed into a restaurant.
Over the years ,the hotel has acquired accommodations in lodges within a park of 2 hectares , an indoor heated swimming pool and well equiped conference meeting rooms.
